Rowbics

 

Rowbics™ Indoor-Rowing with QuadCore Conditioning™ utilizes the Concep2 rower to enhance stability, flexibility, and posture.  This complete workout balances plyometrics with traditional rowing and strengthens the Core, Legs, Upper Body, Heart/Lungs. Mon. Wed. 6:00 - 6:45 am

Senior Arthritis

A six week block (6/9 - 7/23) of Arthritis Foundation approved exercises to improve or maintain joint condition. Mon. Wed. 8:00 - 9:00 am
Precision Cycling

The unique class format gets you ready to hit the summer mountain biking trails, plus gives a great cardio workout. Mon. Wed. 5:30 - 6:30 pm
Stationary Escape

Stationary bicycling class proven to improve cardio endurance and over-all stamina.  Come bike your way to a better morning. Tue. Thurs. 5:30 - 6:30 am
Sr. Yoga

Yoga to increase flexibility in seniors but a great work-out for all ages and fitness levels.  Tue. Thurs. 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.
Water Exercise

Classes are gentle on joints while providing a thorough work-out using the natural resistance of water. Mon. - Fri.

Kiddie Kommotion
Kids 7 - 12 years old can explore different types of physical activity.  By learning fitness can be fun, children are prepared for a healthier lifetime.

7 - 12 year olds can learn to make nutritious after-school snacks.  Class works well with Kiddie Kommotion to give children a fun, easy introduction to improved health.
