Article 1-9 CITY SEAL

1-901     Seal of City.

     The seal of the City of Rock Springs, Wyoming, shall be as follows, to-wit:

     In the center the word "INCORPORATED" and the figures "1888", and around the outer edge the words "CITY OF ROCK SPRINGS, STATE OF WYOMING", shall be and the same is hereby adopted and declared to be the seal of the City of Rock Springs.
