Article 3-6 AIDING AND ABETTING

3-601      Aiding and Abetting a Misdemeanor.

    (a)    It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct himself or participate knowingly in a calculated manner so as to incite, encourage, support, associate, aid or abet, or assist in the perpetration of a misdemeanor as proscribed by the ordinances contained in Chapter III, Morals and Conduct, of the Ordinances of the City of Rock Springs.

    (b)    Any person convicted of violating this ordinance shall be guilty as a principle of said misdemeanor and is punishable as if he committed such misdemeanor. (Ord. No. 86-10, 7-1-86; Ord. No. 86-18, 12-16-86).
