11-101     Granting Right of Way for Pipes and Hydrants.

     The Green River Water Works Company was granted a right of way in the streets of Rock Springs for the installation of water pipes and hydrants. (Ord. No. 16, 8-8-04; 38-1(a), Rev. Ord. 1938; Rev. Ord. 1963).

11-102     Assignment of Rights.

     The Green River Water Works Company was authorized to assign its franchise and right of way privileges to the Southern Wyoming Utilities Company. (Ord. No. 464, 2-4-35; 38-1(b), Rev. Ord. 1938; Rev. Ord. 1963).
