11-301     Granting Right of Way to D.G. Cahoon.

     Said person was granted a right to erect telephone and electrical lines in Rock Springs. (Ord. No. 57, 10-3-04; 38-3(a), Rev. Ord. 1938; Rev. Ord. 1963).

11-302     Granting Franchise.

     The Rocky Mountain Bell Telephone Company was granted a franchise to operate a telephone system in Rock Springs. (Ord. No. 57 1/2, 10-3-04; 38-3(b), Rev. Ord. 1938; Rev. Ord. 1963).
