Article 11-8 AIRPORT

11-801     Business Operations at Airport.

     (a)  No flight service businesses or operations, flight support services or operations, or other business services and operations, based at the Rock Springs-Sweetwater County Airport, shall be conducted or carried on without specific agreement, in writing, with the Rock Springs-Sweetwater County Airport Board and approved by the governing body of the City of Rock Springs.

     (b)  All rights, privileges, duties, obligations, and any and all other perquisites arising out of or connected with use of such airport shall be limited to the specific matters set forth in any agreement for use of such airport, and no agreement for use of such airport, or any portion thereof, or lease of any land thereon for any purpose, shall be implied to grant any rights, privileges, duties, or obligations greater than those specifically set forth.
