Article 13-4 AIRPORT ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION

13-401      Zoning of Airport.

     The duly appointed, qualified and acting Rock Springs-Sweetwater County Airport Board shall be, and it is hereby appointed as the Airport Zoning and Planning Commission for that land owned by the City of Rock Springs within the boundaries of such airport and for such other land relating to such airport as provided for by law. Such Airport Zoning and Planning Commission shall have the same powers and duties as established by law and by ordinance for the Rock Springs' Planning and Zoning Commission, insofar as such powers and duties relate to the Rock Springs-Sweetwater County Airport.
