Rowbics

Rowbics™ Indoor-Rowing with QuadCore Conditioning™ utilizes the Concep2 rower to enhance stability, flexibility, and posture.  This complete workout balances plyometrics with traditional rowing and strengthens the Core, Legs, Upper Body, Heart/Lungs. Mon. Wed.

Senior Health & Fitness

A challenge for all ages, class incorporates strength training with cardio.  Periodically, the class features 6-week blocks of Arthritis Foundation-approved exercises. Mon. Wed. Fri. 8:00 - 9:00 am
Precision Cycling

The unique class format gets you ready to hit the summer mountain biking trails, plus gives a great cardio workout.

Beginning in January 2009, one Friday a month will be a two hour class.

T.O.Y.S

Triumph over your stress by playing with a variety of fun fitness "toys".  Participation is intended to provide a great workout while being entertaining enough you'll smile through your day! Tue. Thurs. 5:30 - 6:30 am
Yoga Strong 

Yoga and strength training combine for a total mind-body workout.

Sr. Yoga

Yoga to increase flexibility in seniors but a great work-out for all ages and fitness levels.  Tue. Thurs. 10:00 - 11:00 am
Toddler Tumbling

A great way to have fun with your toddler while developing coordination and social skills.

Tuesday classes will meet in the pool for wacky water fun!

Water Exercise

Classes are gentle on joints while providing a thorough work-out using the natural resistance of water.

Monday & Wednesday classes are more intense with 12  Foot Workout; most movements are performed in the deep end.
