Boys and girls ages 12 - 15 can learn the basics of safe lifting and the proper use of fitness equipment by participating in a short training. Completion of the session earns the participant a weight card good at both the Family Recreation Center and Civic Center. Youth must have a signed waiver from parent or guardian before participating.
