  • Chief - Dwane Pacheco
    • Chief Dwane Pacheco has been Chief of Rock Springs Police Department since January 2015. Prior to his appointment, he served as interim Chief of Police, Commander, Detective Sergeant, and Patrol Sergeant. 
  • Commander - Matt Keslar
    • Commander Matt Keslar has been employed at the Rock Springs Police Department since 1977. He has been a Commander since 2000. He is the head of the Support Services Sections.
  • Commander - Bill Erspamer
    • Commander Bill Erspamer has been employed at the Rock Springs Police Department since 2004. He has been a Commander since 2018. He is the head of the Patrol Division.
  • Chief's Administrative Assistant - Heather Marsh
    • Heather has been the Administrative Assistant to the Chief of Police since 1997.
  • Training Sergeant - Travis Moser
    • Sergeant Moser has been with the Rock Springs Police Department since 2003. He has been a sergeant since 2016 and in the position of Training Sergeant since 2017.
  • Administrative Sergeant - Amanda Salazar
    • Sergeant Salazar has been proudly serving our community since 2005. She was promoted from Corporal to Sergeant in July 2018. She has been in the position of Administrative Sergeant since 2020.
