The Rock Springs Police Department's Administration team includes Chief of Police Bill Erspamer, Operations Division Commander Amanda Salazar, Training Sergeant Travis Moser and Senior Administrative Assistant Heather Marsh.

  • Police Chief - Bill Erspamer
    • Chief Bill Erspamer has been employed at the Rock Springs Police Department since 2004. He became interim Chief in 2022 and was appointed Chief in January 2023.
  • Operations Division Commander - Amanda Salazar
    • Commander Salazar has been proudly serving our community since 2005. She was promoted from Corporal to Sergeant in July 2018. She has been in the position of Administrative Sergeant since 2020 and was promoted into the position of Commander in 2023.
  • Chief's Administrative Assistant - Heather Marsh
    • Heather has been the Administrative Assistant to the Chief of Police since 1997.
    • Training Sergeant - Travis Moser
      • Sergeant Moser has been with the Rock Springs Police Department since 2003. He has been a sergeant since 2016 and in the position of Training Sergeant since 2017.
