Civic Center Birthday Parties
Basic Guidelines:
* Any party must be scheduled at least two (2) weeks in advance.
* Private parties may include full facility usage.
* Parents provide all food and drinks.
* No parties for profit are allowed.
* No alcohol allowed for any event.
Inflatable Options
* Parties are $150 for 2 hours; the fee covers 25 children maximum.
* Maximum age is 12 years old.
* We offer set-up & clean up, party favors, a shirt for the birthday child, and staff on-hand.
* Parents enforce inflatable rules.
* Waivers need to be signed as parents bring in their children.
* Party fee is non-refundable if not cancelled two weeks before the party date.
* Parents may bring their own plates & cups, just let us know.
* Parties are held on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays, except during Civic Center indoor programs. Please call for times.
We only offer Friday parties for January & February. Saturday parties resume February 26th & Sunday parties resume March 20th.
Private Party Options
* The basic fee is $17/hour WITHOUT facility use.
* Pay the daily admission for party participants, and you can use a room for two (2) hours at no charge. Extra time is $17/hour.
Children 6 & under require a paying adult to use the facility.
Let us know when reserving the party room which area of the facility you want to utilize to determine the best room for your convenience.
* Available for any event, except parties for profit or other prohibited activities.
* Non-profit groups may use a meeting room at no charge for meetings - i.e. sports organizations, Boy & Girl Scouts, etc.
