Housing Maintenance Mechanic I or II – Full-time, benefited position in the Housing Authority with an entry-level wage of $20.51 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience. Duties include, but are not limited to performing various skilled duties involving in the general maintenance, repair, care and upkeep of grounds, equipment, buildings and facilities of the Rock Springs Housing Authority (RSHA). The ideal candidate would have one year of experience in performing general construction, maintenance, and repair of buildings and related equipment and facilities. Must have a valid driver’s license, be insurable, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent supplemented by specialized training in building maintenance and construction.
