Youth Weight Training

Boys and girls ages 12 - 15 can learn the basics of safe lifting and the proper use of fitness equipment by participating in a short training.  Completion of the session earns the participant a weight card good at both the Family Recreation Center and Civic Center.  Youth must have a signed waiver from parent or guardian before participating.  If your child is interested in doing this, contact John Syvrud or Bruce Collins at the FRC by calling 307-352-1440 to set up an appointment.
