The following items are required to be submitted to the Building Inspection Office prior to performing any work within the City:
Application Form - found in the forms section on the right side of this webpage
Registration Fee - $125.00 (cash or check payable to City of Rock Springs)
Certificate of Insurance - Minimum Requirements:
a. $100,000 Property Damage.
b. $100,000 Bodily injury or damage including death to any person.
c. $250,000 Bodily injury or damage including death to more than one person.
The Certificate must show the City of Rock Springs, 212 D Street, Rock Springs, WY 82901, as the certificate holder.
