Facility Reservation
Rock Springs Park Reservations:
To view a list of City Parks and amenities, see our Facilities Page. There is a small fee to reserve a park, depending on the size of your party. Payment must be received AT LEAST one week in advance.
Please remember, reservations are NOT final until you receive a confirmation from a Parks & Recreation representative. Call Matt at 307-352-1440 for questions.
To reserve a county park, such as Crossroads, please call 307-922-5450. We do not handle reservations for county parks.
Civic Center Rentals
We offer our Inflatable Party year-round on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. We require at least two weeks (14 days) advance notice before scheduling, and the party must be paid for when you reserve the date.
Inflatable Party (For Up to 25 Children) 2 hours $150 Parents provide food and drink.
Meeting rooms are also available for organization meetings or private parties. Fees are $17.00 per hour, unless patrons are using the facility for another activity. Pay the daily fee for each participant and the room is free for two hours. Non-profit groups are free, but subject to the City's guidelines. Each room can accommodate up to 40 people and rooms are conveniently located near the pool or climbing wall.
Consider the Civic Center gym area for your next major event! The facility includes a kitchen, several restrooms and an area large enough to hold 500 people comfortably. We provide tables and chairs with all on-site rentals. Please submit a written request to JJ Syvrud for approval. Let us know when you want your event, what type of event you're having and the number of people you expect. We require security personnel and need a list of who you select to provide the security service. The basic rental fee is $800 with a refundable damage/security deposit of $800 and a cleaning deposit of $800 as well.
To reserve the Family Recreation Center for a party, contact 307-352-1440. We have a party room, pool parties and also ice skating parties, from October to April.
